Class Announcements…

The 6am class at Bailey Dance will be cancelled next week: December 28th & 30th.

All other classes will remain the same!

Yes! I will be having the 5pm Free Yoga class at 1st Ave Rocks this Sunday (Dec 26th). Come to class, bring your family, and work off all those extra holiday cookies!

Free Yoga Sunday is back!…

Free Yoga Sunday at 1st Ave Rocks is back!

Class is at 5:00pm every Sunday.
Free, donation only class.
Lead by me.

The yoga room at 1st Ave Rocks is so magical. It’s small and intimate but the icing on the cake is… HEAT! A lovely heated (not hot, just heated) practice will leave you stretched out, relaxed, and full of peace!

Free Yoga Sunday…

It is time for the Teacher Trainee’s to start teaching! Here is a list of dates they will be teaching my Sunday Community class (which will remain donation only!)

Come to class and support these blossoming teachers! I will teach the classes inbetween these dates as usual.

Schedule changes…

The Wednesday 5pm class is being cancelled due to low attendance.
In it’s place I will be teaching a new class!
Thursdays
6:35pm – 7:50pm
Starting June 10th
*This will be a class geared towards beginners. We will do the same poses but with more verbal and physical instruction to help better understand the pose.

New class…

It’s official! I will be teaching a Vinyasa Flow class at the Birmingham Yoga studio (inside First Ave Rocks)!

Here is the info:
Starting March 24th
Every Wednesday @ 5:00pm
Class description: Vinyasa Flow
$13 drop in
$10 for students
Members of First Ave Rocks gym: 1st class free, discounted rates after 1st class.
I will continue to teach the free class on Sunday’s at 5pm! The class has really begun to grow. Thank you to everyone that comes!

I am going out of town this weekend and so I have a sub for my 5pm (12/6) Community Yoga class at 1st Avenue Rocks (B’ham Yoga). Her name is Emilie and she is in teacher training with me. Go see her for a great yoga class! Remember it’s FREE! Donations only.
